We implemented a fix and are currently monitoring the result. Should be back to normal in around 2 hours.

The incident is resolved and we are now able to recover fully and deliver newsletters (all other emails, sms and whatsapp were delivered). We are still observing delays in the newsletters delivery but they should resolve in the next hours.

Guest app emails are now also delivered (messages / forms / orders / ...)

Stay emails are now being delivered (with some delay) from a falback route.

If you had configured a custom domain name, it won't be used while we recover fully from the situation.

Newsletters are not sent yet.

We have identified the problem which is related to our Email Service Provider and we are working with them to resolve the issue timely.
SMS & WhatsApp are not affected.

We are continuing to work on a fix for this incident.

We have mitigated the situation in order to restore access to the platform.
